Flood Updates

Flood Updates- We Just Can't get Away From  Flood!  (Please read and stow
in a folder on your email files for future reference..)



1. Lender Release  Form.  It is used to cancel a policy mid term if
the lender no longer requires flood insurance for your property.

2. Refunds are now  available for up to 45 years past for Miss-rated flood zones

3. ***Policy Lapses > 90 days with Pre-Firm properties will No Longer
be eligible for subsidized rates- The new premium will be MUCH higher!
 Please DO not let your FLood policy lapse.***

4. For properties in Sandoval in Cape Coral-  transfer sellers flood
policy- The new mapping is below base flood for homes and new
underwriting has much higher premiums!!!



5. Search for general areas in Lee county Flood Zones
